Features and Applications

Actmix ZDBC-80GE F140 is an ultra-fast carbamate rubber vulcanization accelerator, which is easy to disperse in rubber compounds. It has a fast vulcanization speed because in addition to the active groups and promoting groups in its structure, it also contains a transition metal ion, which makes the unsaturated double bonds of rubber more easily polarized. It is generally used in combination with thiuram or thiazole accelerators. Compared with other traditional dithiocarbamate accelerators such as ZDEC and ZDMC, ZDBC has higher processing safety and slower vulcanization speed.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, sheaths, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
